PrepSurg courses are digital content. If you believe you purchased a course by mistake, cannot access what you purchased, or the course is materially different from its description, contact us promptly with the email used for your account, the course name and your order details.
We review refund requests individually, taking account of when access began, how much digital content has been used, and any rights that apply to you. Starting or substantially using digital content may affect a right to cancel. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. The time taken for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank. Course access may be removed when a refund is issued.
